I’m Kayra Suriel, the founder of DJUSSS.

My love for birria tacos started like most cravings do, but there was one problem. Everything I tried was way too spicy for me. So instead of giving up, I did what made sense. I started creating my own version: rich, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and still true to what birria should be, just without the overpowering heat.

It started with cooking for friends. Friends asked for more, and before I knew it, DJUSSS was born.

Kendrick De Wind DJUSSS grew from a small idea into sold-out pop-ups, long lines, and a growing community that continues to show up every time.

DJUSSS is about more than tacos. It’s about consistency, quality, and creating an experience people come back for.

We’re constantly working on improvements, from smoother service and better time slots to expanding the menu and introducing new flavors. We’re taking our time to get it right. but trust us, we’ll get there soon.
